Varmint Rifle Match Rules
When shooting from the benches/tables
- Front Rests Only
- No bags or rear supports of any type
When shooting in the prone position
- Front Rests Only
- No match type equipment (i.e. shooting gloves, shooting coats,
hand stops, etc.)
- Slings are okay
When shooting in the standing position
- No slings
- No match type coats
- No gloves
-
No leaning on tables/benches or using the posts
during the standing matches.
No support of any kind
The courses of fire are as follows and in this order:
RIMFIRE — 50 Yards
Time allowed 5 minutes
Position sequence as indicated

2 shots from the benches
2 shots standing

RIMFIRE — 100 Yards
Time allowed 5 minutes
Position sequence as indicated

2 shots from the benches
2 shots standing

| RIMFIRE match score will be the total from 50 and 100 yards.

CENTER — 100 Yards
Time allowed 5 minutes
Position sequence as indicated

2 shots prone
2 shots from the benches
2 shots standing
